We also wanted to say that in today’s times when it’s sometimes easy to find reasons to criticize and complain about the lack of product quality, poor workmanship and customer service, we want to compliment Welton’s Heating & Cooling for the professional way we were treated, with respect, and the excellent service provided by Welton’s Heating & Cooling. We contacted you back in July 2013 and you were here the next day and provided a quotation for the new heating & cooling equipment, unfortunately we did not respond to you until December 5th. ( more than five months later) and you not only stayed with your quotation price but you agreed to come out and install the new furnace the following week, we thank you for your patience. Your service technicians showed up right on time, removed the old furnace and installed the new Lennox furnace in less than four hours, they did a great job. We were really impressed with both of your service men and their excellent knowledge of their jobs, their experience, attitude and especially their attention to details. They both went out of their way to be sure they had a satisfied customer. We can honestly say that we are very pleased with everyone we have ever had contact with at Welton’s Heating & Cooling.
